Similar to a sale they offered earlier this year, Southwest has again discounted airfares to as low as $25 each way, depending on the total distance of the flight. Here's what you pay:

-Flights under 375 miles cost $25
-375-549 miles cost $50
-550-999 miles cost $75
-1000 miles+ cost $100

Travel permitted December 2-December 16, 2009 and January 5-February 10, 2010.

Southwest Fliers: Register for Double Rapid Rewards Credit






Southwest Rapid Rewards members can now earn double credit for all flights between now and October 31, 2009. That means you earn 2 credits for each one way flight (4 if it's a roundtrip) to any city Southwest serves. Similar to other double credit offers offered by other airlines the past couple weeks, the promo is for new business/tickets - not for reservations made prior to the promotion start date. Continental Airlines Offers Double Elite Miles Promotion

Continental is the latest airline to offer a Fall/Winter double elite-qualifying miles promotion. Under the terms, members of Continental's OnePass program will earn double EQM's for all flights between September 9 and December 15, 2009. Registration is required. In the past week, American and United announced similar promotions.

In Delta SkyMiles members' email boxes this week comes an offer to earn up to 25,000 bonus SkyMiles for utilizing some of the many partnerships the airline has. You can earn these miles without ever taking a flight!

Here's how it works: Register first. Then, do business with four SkyMiles partners (such as car rentals, hotel stays, ordering flowers) and earn 4,000 bonus miles.
